Today I’m talking about a wonderful program and way of eating called Whole30.
 
My fiance,, Kate Austin and I, are currently taking a small group of people through a Masterclass where we are all eating a meal plan based around Whole30. If you don’t know about Whole30, I would invite you to check out their website.
 
 
While it can be a challenge to give up your favorite foods, the health benefits are worth it. Here are just a couple of my faves:

  1. Better sleep

2. More energy
